Darin McClure, Director of Social Media and Technical Services

Darin has worked with Internet technologies since the early 90s. Experienced with both building and hosting websites he holds his MCSE, MCP+I, MCP certifications. As an experienced web professional, McClure has a solid grasp on the potential of social media marketing. An avid blogger, Darin’s passion for new technology and the Internet’s ever evolving ability to disseminate information and bring people together made social marketing a natural transition. Darin maintains numerous blogs and vlogs within various social networks. Sharing these new techniques with coworkers and friends has become a way a life.

Lisa A. McClure, Director of Accessible Technology and Client Services

Lisa holds a BA from the University of Vermont in Russian Language and Literature. Since 2001, Lisa has been self-employed as an Accessibility Media Specialist, beginning with accessible technology as a Braille transcriber, transcribing print to Braille for college textbooks. She is most proud of her continued affiliation with the Braille Institute. Lisa’s latest focus is to make the internet accessible to the blind; however, more disabilities are served than just the visually impaired. As Lisa says, “Physical limitations can make moving a mouse very challenging and sometimes impossible. An aging population with deteriorating vision and motor skills is something which web designers are starting to take into consideration. Basically we are installing wheelchair ramps to sites on the internet.”

Malik Moosa, Web Development Specialist and Design Services

Malik completed his BS Degree in Business Administration at California State University Long Beach in Spring 2008. His major course of study was Information Systems, E-Commerce Track.  Malik began assisting Webconsuls in early 2006, by updating current web-sites and designing new sites for Webconsuls’ clients. Malik’s skill set includes, Adobe Dreamweaver, Swish Max2, Advance HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Actionscript, MySQL Database, PageMaker 6, Adobe CS4 – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Acrobat.

Keith Hansen, Pay-Per-Click Specialist

Keith received his BS in Political Science from California State University Fullerton in 2004. After graduation, Keith was offered a position with Yahoo! Search Marketing, Inc. In early 2005 Keith was promoted to Gold/(Outbound Team) Advocate where his primary duty was to establish relationships with newly upgraded Gold accounts (6k -100k annually) in order to optimize their online advertising accounts, at which time he served as the Gold Advocate for many Webconsuls’ clients. By late 2005, Keith was named the High Spend Account Manager, responsible for account management and optimization of accounts spending at least 1k to 5k monthly. In the Spring 2007 Keith left Yahoo to work closer to home while still using his expertise in support of PPC clients needing assistance in managing Pay-Per-Click campaigns for all major search engines.

Daniel Helfand, Support Technician

Daniel works for Webconsuls as a Support Technician specializing in the Social Media/Social Networking side of the business. These duties include editing clients’ blog posts, blog posting training for clients, creating videos, proofreading text content, and researching reciprocal link possibilities for clients. With a love of the outdoors, rock climbing, river rafting, history, philosophy, music and reading, Dan applies these interests to our varied client base.
